PROJECT: To establish a 50 space recreational vehicle park on the Cave B property. Each space would have power and potable water available. Length of stay would range from 1-7 days. Pursuant to GCC 23.04, Table 4, RV Parks are allowed in the Master Planned Resort Zone with a Conditional Use Permit.
