Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on March 29, 2013 from Gerald Brown (Golden West Farms) (Designated Contact: Jamie Washburn – Teton West of WA, LLC, 5802 N Industrial Way STE A, Pasco, WA 99301), were found to be technically complete on April 02, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on March 29, 2013 from Gerald Brown (Golden West Farms) (Designated Contact: Jamie Washburn – Teton West of WA, LLC, 5802 N Industrial Way STE A, Pasco, WA 99301), were found to be technically complete on April 02, 2013. Grant County expects to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the

environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the

subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROPOSED

MITIGATION MEASURES: 1. Gravel will be placed around the building to reduce the potential dust hazard and to increase drainage PROJECT: The construction of one (1) approximately 46,000 sq. ft. onion storage facility on a 23.58-acre parcel in the Rural Remote zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit.

STUDIES SUBMITTED: None. LOCATION: The subject site is located approximately

1.3 miles SE of Royal City, WA, and is south of Hwy 26 on Rd. F-SW in the NE portion of Section 13, Township 16 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #31-3471-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None ZONING: Rural Remote. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT:

This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Copies of application materials File #13-5776 are
