Capehart Wherry (CHW): Exterior painting with Lead base paint abatement on 13 Units, scattered sites located in Moses Lake, WA

Karen Lane (KLN): Exterior painting with Lead base paint abatement on 12 duplexes located in Ephrata, WA

Farmworker Mattawa (FWM): Flooring Replacement on 10 units located in Mattawa, WA.

Farmworker Larson (FWL): Siding with Lead abatement, windows and doors replacement on a duplex located in Moses Lake, WA

Bid packages are available at 1139 Larson Blvd., Moses Lake, WA, or by calling Tami Torrey at (509) 762-5541.

All bids over $25,000 must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashier’s check made payable to Housing Authority of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Cost of bonds must be included in the bid price.

These projects are subject Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates. There will be a bid walk through for the Capehart Wherry and Karen Lane Projects on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. There will be a bid walk through for the Farmworker Mattawa on Thursday, April 11, 2013. There will be a bid walk through for the Farmworker Larson project on Monday, April 15, 2013. Times and locations are listed in the projects bid package.

Bids for the Farmworker Larson project must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 2:30 p.m., April 23, 2013. Bids for the Farmworker Mattawa project must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 3:00 p.m., April 23, 2013. Bids for the Capehart Wherry project must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 3:30 p.m., April 23, 2013. Bids for the Karen Lane project must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 4:00 p.m., April 23, 2013. No facsimiles will be accepted.

The Housing Authority has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities in the bids.
