MOSES LAKE - The Rental Housing Association of Washington recently started a Supper Club in Moses Lake for rental property owners and managers in Grant County.
Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month from 6-7:30 pm at Michael's On The Lake (910 W Broadway Ave). The topic this month was "Doing a Market Analysis and Marketing Techniques," led by RHA Executive Director, Bill Hinkle.
RHA lunch and supper clubs are free to attend and open to anyone, but participants are responsible for their own meals. These monthly meetings provide an opportunity to meet other landlords and managers, learn about how to operate rentals and share experiences.
