An ordinance amending Chapter 13.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Water and Sewer Connections”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes the reimbursement for the construction of the 2012 Water Main Project.

This ordinance, which was passed on September 225, 2012 will be in force five (5) days after publication.
