Surplus buildings for sale at the Port of Moses Lake: You disassemble and remove.

1 Quonset steel structure - approximately 21,450 sq. ft., built in 1943

1 Straight-grain wood warehouse with many large timbers - approximately 4,860 sq. ft., built in 1943

Purchaser will be required to have building(s) removed and all debris cleared by 12/31/2012. Port will be responsible for utility disconnects.

All interested parties should be at an informational meeting on October 12th at 9:00am in the Port of Moses Lake conference room. Buildings will be bid separately. Sealed bids must be to the Port office by 10/19/2012 at 3:00 pm.
