MATTAWA - Grant County sheriff's deputies are looking for three suspects who allegedly robbed a home near Mattawa.

Officials investigated the residence at the 7900 block of Wahluke Slope Road 10:30 on September 9.

A woman said two men knocked on the door earlier then entered the residence.

Reports say one man was armed with a silver handgun and demanded cash and gold.

The suspects reportedly tied the woman up and locked her two children in a bathroom.

The trio allegedly left the home with money and guns, the sheriff's office said.

None of the victims was injured.

One of the suspects is described as a 6-foot Hispanic male in his early to mid 20s. He has a thin build, bald head, and was wearing a black oversized leather jacket. He was armed with the pistol.

Another suspect is described as a 6-foot Hispanic male with an average build, a "slight peach fuzz" mustache, light complexion and wearing a gray ball cap.

The third suspect is described as a Hispanic female between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8, average build, thick black glasses and short hair pulled into a ponytail.

The suspects were in an older dark-green four-door sedan with plastic stock hubcaps, reports said. Witnesses said it was possibly a Buick.

The vehicle was last seen heading westbound on Wahluke Slope Drive.

Suspects are considered armed and dangerous, and the sheriff's offices warned that the public should not confront them.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Grant County Sheriff's Office at 509-762-1160.
