Off-Site CDBG Improvements For Quincy Family Housing

Sealed bids will be received by Quincy Family Housing LLC, located at 5301 Tieton Drive, Suite G, Yakima, Washington 98908, until 11:00 a.m. local time on September 27, 2012, for the construction of Off-Site CDBG Improvements related to the Quincy Family Housing development. The project includes earthwork, sewer and water mains and structures, storm drainage structures, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks and other related construction. Bidding documents for the project are prepared by ZBA Architecture, P.S., 421 West Riverside Avenue, Suite 860, Spokane, Washington 99201.

Availability of Bidding Documents: Bidders may obtain the Contract Documents at the office of ZBA Architecture, P.S., located at 421 West Riverside, Suite 860, Spokane, WA 99201, (509) 456-8236, upon payment of $100.00 per set. Any such planholder, upon returning the Contract Documents promptly and in good condition, will be refunded the payment. Full sets of the Contract Documents may be purchased from the Architect by anyone for $100.00. No partial sets will be issued. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Quincy Family Housing LLC or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.

Rejection of Bids: Quincy Family Housing LLC shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
