NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the following budget extension requests:

1. Sheriff's Office in the amount of $15,450.00 to cover 2 months wages and benefits of a new Detective position for their Major Crimes Unit.

2. Emergency Management in the amount of $3,058.00 for an amendment to WA State Emergency Management and US Department of Energy contract E12-150 to purchase 4-Canberra Radiation Monitors in case of an incident at Hanford.
