Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on August 22, 2012 from Randy Burress (Designated Contact: Gilbert C. Bailey, Columbia NW Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on August 30, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on August 22, 2012 from Randy Burress (Designated Contact: Gilbert C. Bailey, Columbia NW Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on August 30, 2012. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 110.88 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 2.57 acres in size, and contains an existing single-family residence. Lot 1 will continue to be used for residential and agricultural purposes. Lot 2 will be approximately 106.79 acres in size, and will continue its present agricultural use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 14651 Baseline Road .5 SE, Moses Lake, WA. It is located approximately 3.5 miles southeast of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 1 mile southwest of the intersection of Interstate 90 and Road O NE, and approximately 1/4 mile west of the intersection of Baseline Road .5 SE and Road O SE, and in a portion of the south half of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-0701-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
