Historical meeting Tuesday

QUINCY - Visitors to the heritage luncheon of the Grant County Historical Society next Tuesday, Sept. 11, will enjoy a presentation about gem ivory by Jack Park.

The GCHS will have its regular monthly meeting at 11 a.m. At the Ephrata American Legion Post at 276 Eighth Ave. NW. Lunch will follow.

Park, an antique collector, will make his presentation after lunch. He will give some history of gem ivory and bring pieces of ivory items he has in his collection, as well as some photos.
