EPHRATA - Prosecutors filed charges in Grant County Superior Court against a "John Doe," in relation to a murder.

The majority of the details on the case are sealed, according to court records. The man is charged with first-degree murder and five counts of harassment. A warrant has been issued for the man.

Chief Deputy Prosecutor Ed Owens stated law enforcement believe the man has the victim's cellphone and has used it to contact the victim's friends and family. The information in the police report could be used to allow him to escape the area.

Grant County Superior Court Judge Evan Sperline agreed, placing the information under seal.

It's unknown to which murder the charges are related.
