Level 3 sex offender in Moses Lake relocates

MOSES LAKE - The Grant County Sheriff's Office released updated information on a registered sex offender living in Moses Lake.

Gary L. Dominguez, 52, moved to the 1000 block of West Third Avenue.

Dominguez was convicted in 1992 in Grant County for third-degree child rape.

He's 5-foot-11-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds, the report said. He is Caucasian with blue eyes, brown hair, and two tattoos: a rose and ribbon on his upper arm and "POW" on his right wrist.

Dominguez is a Level 3 offender, meaning he's considered at high risk to re-offend.

Sheriff's Deputy Jay Atwood said that Level 3 offenders are required to verify their address every 90 days.

It is against the law to threaten, intimidate or harass offenders, according to the sheriff's office.

State law authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender when, at the agency's discretion, it would enhance public safety and protection.
