Mattawa Trunk-or-Treat planned

MATTAWA - The Mattawa Comm"Unity" Day Committee will host a Trunk-Or-Treat event on Wednesday, Oct. 31, along Government Way.
"Come out and show your community spirit," organizer Maggie Celaya said.
Persons who plan to participate are asked to park their cars along the community's normal parade route with decorated trunks. They are asked to be there between 5-7 p.m.
"Come in costume, decorate your trunk and treat our local spooky characters to some fun trunk-or-treating," Celaya said.
Participants are asked to meet at 4 p.m. in front of Rio's Auto Parts to line up. Judging will begin at 4:30 p.m.
