The Moses Lake Police Department has the following found/seized guns in its possession. It is the intent of the Chief of Police department to offer the firearms to bona fide dealers, to trade for law enforcement equipment in accordance with RCW 63.32.010 (4).

It is the intent of the Chief of Police department to offer the firearms to bona fide dealers, to trade for law enforcement equipment in accordance with RCW 63.32.010 (4). Any equipment obtained as a result of this transaction will not occur until (10) days of the date of publication.

Anyone claiming interest in these firearms must provide and present proper documentation to Robert Carpenter, weekdays between 6:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. This must occur before Monday, November 5th, 2012.
