Description of Work: This contract provides for work within the Grant County Youth Services Facility in Ephrata, Washington. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing propane emergency generator and addition of a new emergency generator system to provide generator backed power to the existing life safety loads and programmatic optional standby loads within the building. Refer to construction drawings for full scope of work.

The Base Bid provided by the successful bidder shall be full compensation for furnishing all tools, materials, labor, equipment, and supplies required to furnish and install a new Packaged Engine Generator System and other work in general conformity to the plans and specifications.
