Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on September 28, 2012 from Beacon Holding Company, LLC (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on October 15, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on September 28, 2012 from Beacon Holding Company, LLC (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on October 15, 2012. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 21.44 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one (1) existing vacant parcel. Proposed Lots 1 and 4 are in the Urban Commercial 2 zoning district of Grant County. Proposed Lots 2 and 3 are in the Urban Residential 3 zoning district. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 6.04 acres in size, and will be used for commercial purposes. The intended use of Lots 2 and 3 is residential, with Lot 2 to be approximately 4.30 acres in size, and with Lot 3 to be approximately 4.29 acres in size. Lot 4 will be approximately 6.80 acres in size, and will be used for commercial purposes. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is known as Lot 1 of the Beacon Development Group Short Plat (WDU 18, Block 26). It is located immediately east of State Highway 243, approximately 0.14 miles south of the intersection of State Highway 243 and Road 24 SW, and in the NW quarter of Section 2, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2455-000). PRESENT ZONING: Urban Commercial 2 and Urban Residential 3. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
