Kerr Contractors Oregon, Inc., P.O. Box 1060 Woodburn, OR 97071, is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge Permit.

Kerr Contractors Oregon, Inc., P.O. Box 1060 Woodburn, OR 97071, is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge Permit.

The proposed project, Othello Municipal Airport is located five miles southeast of Othello and one mile south of SP26 on Billington Road, in Othello, Washington, Adams County.

This project involves 15 acres of soils disturbance for airport construction activities.

Storm water will be discharged to the ground with 100% infiltration.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in Ecology’s action to this application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measureable change in the receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest to Tier II antidegradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
