Wahluke dumped, by River View

MATTAWA - Steven Machuca ran the ball for 80 yards, but nothing else went well for Wahluke in a 47-0 prep football loss to River View last Friday.

The game went to a running clock before half-time due to the 40-point rule. The half-time score was 47-0.

Machuca carried the ball 13 times and was the only Warrior rusher with double figure yardage. Jaime Jimenez, who's had some 100-yard games, was held to seven yards on seven carries.

Arturo Salazar completed two of six passes for 38 yards, both to Dario Prudente.

The Warriors play their homecoming game this Friday against Highland.
