Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on August 31, 2012 from Arthur & Wilma Thivierge (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on October 10, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on August 31, 2012 from Arthur & Wilma Thivierge (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on October 10, 2012. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 5.72 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Urban Residential 3 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 2.03 acres in size, and contains an existing single-family residence, shop, well, and septic system. Lot 2 will be approximately 1.24 acres in size, and contains an existing well. Lot 3 will be approximately 1.00 acre in size. Lot 4 will be approximately 1.45 acres in size. Lots 2, 3, and 4 are presently vacant. The intended use of each of the proposed lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 9490 Maple Drive NE, Moses Lake, WA. It is located approximately 0.34 miles northeast of the intersection of State Highway 17 and Grape Drive NE, and approximately 0.20 miles east of the intersection of Grape Drive NE and Maple Drive NE, and in the NW quarter of Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #17-0328-001). PRESENT ZONING: Urban Residential 3. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
