    The Superior Court of Grant County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of     Grant     County to sell the property described to satisfy a judgment in the above     entitled     action:

    That portion of Lots forty-five (45) and forty-six (46), Block seven (7) Electric

    City, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 81,

    records of Grant County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at the intersection point of Lots forty-five (45) and forty-six (46)

    and the boundary line of Jackson Avenue in said Block seven (7), running

    thence Northeasterly along the boundary line between said Lots 45 and 46 a     distance of eighty feet to the True Point of Beginning; running thence     Southeasterly parallel with the boundary line of Jackson Avenue a distance of     forty (40) feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with the boundary line between     said Lots 45 and 46, a distance of eighty (80) feet to the boundary line of a     parcel of land called Lincoln Avenue; thence Northwesterly along said     boundary of Lincoln Avenue and also parallel with the boundary line of     Jackson Avenue a distance of eighty (80) feet; thence Southwesterly parallel     with the boundary line between said Lots 45 and 46 a distance of eighty (80)     feet; thence Southeasterly parallel with Jackson Avenue a distance of forty (40)     feet to the True Point of Beginning.

    Grant County Tax Parcel No. 010274000, and commonly known as:

    115 Lincoln Avenue, Electric City, WA  99123

The sale of the described property is to take place at 10:30 am on the 30th day of November, 2012 at the main lobby of the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington.
