NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Brent Preston, 502 Vineyard Drive, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2012-02.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Brent Preston, 502 Vineyard Drive, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2012-02.

Said application is to rezone approximately 14 acres of land from Agricultural Production 20 (AP-20) to Rural Service Commercial (C-2). The County Comprehensive Plan designates this land as being a Rural Activity Center with allows rural commercial activities.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The west 1000 feet of the north 650 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the Section 29, Township 10, Range 30 E, Less Right of Way for Highway 395.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The 14 acres (approximate) is located at the southeast intersection of E Vineyard Drive and Highway 395 near site address 502 E Vineyard Drive in Franklin County, WA (Portions of parcel number(s) 124-660-039 and 124-660-037.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on November 6, 2012 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application.
