$5 flu shots available

MATTAWA - Struggling families of The Royal Register circulation area are now able to get flu shots at an affordable price.
The Columbia Basin Health Association will offer $5 adult flu shots from Oct. 1-Nov. 30, or while supplies last, at all locations, including Mattawa.
The $5 flu shots will be offered at CBHA clinics in Othello and Connell, as well as Mattawa. These shots must be paid in cash. If insurance is billed, co-pay or deductibles may apply.
Flu shots at the CBHA are normally $20 for adult patients, and children under the age of 18 are usually covered by insurance. Patient benefit coordinators will be on hand to assist with any questions or concerns regarding coverage.
