An ordinance amending Chapter 13.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Rates”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which clarifies charges imposed for water used by fire protection systems.

This ordinance, which was passed on October 9, 2012 will be in force five (5) days after publication.
