Notice is hereby given that a Unified Development Code Amendment and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on September 28, 2012 from the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, P.O. Box 878, Ephrata, WA 98823 (509)754-5088 and found to be technically complete on October 3, 2012.
