The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at Sealed Bid Public Auction a tract of land containing 578.56 acres, more or less, described as Portion, Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Franklin County containing 463.4 irrigated agriculture acres. Annual Rent will be $215,365.16. Lessee will be required to provide infrastructure necessary to irrigate the parcel. Lease covenants may be examined at the Franklin County Courthouse in Pasco, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
