STATE OF WASHINGTON

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Orchard/Vineyard Lease No. 12-A63235 leased to Washington Fruit and Produce Co. and described as W2 Section 13, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County containing 320 acres.

Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Orchard/Vineyard Lease No. 12-A63235 leased to Washington Fruit and Produce Co. and described as W2 Section 13, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County containing 320 acres. The material change being made is to extend term of the lease to December 31, 2033.
