MATTAWA - Brylee Whitney scored two goals and Jennifer Mendoza added another as the Cougars shut out the Warriors 3-0 Tuesday. Whitney scored her first goal in the 50th minute of action to put Warden up 1-0. Mendoza made it 2-0 at the 52-minute mark. Whitney's second goal came at the 66th minute of play.
The victory over Wahluke improves Warden to 4-3 on the season.
The Cougars are back on the pitch today when the team hosts Mabton at 4 p.m.
