Sealed bids will be received by the City of Kahlotus, at City Hall, E. 130 Weston Street, Kahlotus, Washington until 11:00 a.m., on October 17, 2012, for Downtown Sidewalk Project and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
