The Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (District) is requesting proposals be submitted for Professional Services for Treasury Operations Work Practices and Possible Replacement of the District’s Treasury Management System from time awarded until December 31, 2014

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR TREASURY OPERATIONS WORK PRACTICES AND POSSIBLE REPLACEMENT OF THE DISTRICT’S TREASURY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (District) is requesting proposals be submitted for Professional Services for Treasury Operations Work Practices and Possible Replacement of the District’s Treasury Management System from time awarded until December 31, 2014.

All necessary information concerning the instructions for preparing the proposals is provided in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).

Four (4) copies of the proposal must be submitted to the attention of Rebecca Henricks, Sr. Contract Officer Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, 154 A Street SE, Ephrata, Washington 98823, no later than 2:30 p.m., December 20, 2012.

Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation. These qualifications are:

• Must have a license to do business in the State of Washington.

• Must agree with the terms and conditions of the sample contract (RFP Attachment A).

• Working knowledge of treasury management systems with emphasis on cash, investments, debt, and related reporting requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years consulting services related to treasury management.

• Accounting expertise and experience related to treasury transactions.

The District is subject to the disclosure obligations of the Washington Public Records Act of RCW 42.56. The Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that its proposal and any information Contractor submits with its proposal is subject to public disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act or other applicable law and the District may disclose Contractor’s proposal and/or accompanying information at its sole discretion in accordance with its obligations under applicable law.
