Wrestlers perform well at meet

LIBERTY LAKE - The Freedom Wrestling Academy took their wrestlers on the road to the prestigious Northwest Bigfoot Battle Tournament at Liberty Lake Nov. 17. We entered the tournament with 13 wrestlers and eight of them placed in the competition. Taking first place in their weight class were Everett Ashley, Kaydrien Cervants and Isaiah Medina. Placing second were Karson Voss, Cyrus Knoll and Cael Castro.
Third-place finishers were Carson Janke and Cody Byers. The other wrestlers who participated in the tournament were Hunter Garland-Cruz, RyleeHeath, Christien Knopp, Gavin Longwill and Gabriel Medina.
