Fishing update for the Potholes Reservoir Area

Many fishers have been enjoying the best Perch Fishing in a very long time.

Perch are being caught in water 16 feet deep and deeper in the Lind Couleearea and near Goose Island. Reports of most Perch being caught are 8 inches or longer, which is a great sized fish for a fish fry.

Bass Fishers are continuing to have good smallmouth action on the face of O'Sullivan Dam. The Crab Creek area is producing some largemouth bass action as well.

Walleye action is still slow. As our weather gets colder the walleye fishing will only improve.

Hunting
