NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL, at the Civic Center located at 401 S. Balsam at 7:00 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2012 to consider the following:

Comprehensive Plan amendments, including updating the Transportation and Capital Facilities Elements, and modifying land use designations, including the following:

a. 2300 W. Broadway: Change back 50' of lot from High Density Residential to General Commercial

b. 202-222 E. Hill Ave: Change from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential

c. 1549-1556 Bailey Ave: Change from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential

d. SW S of Hwy, S26-T19N-R28E: Change from Business & Office Centers to General Commercial
