HEARING TO CREATE INDUSTRIAL

DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given, that at 1:00 p.m. on November 20, 2012, at the Office of Port District No. 8 of Grant County (“Port of Warden”), 201 South Ash, Warden, Washington, the Board of Commissioners of Port District No. 8 of Grant County shall consider adopting a resolution creating an industrial development district pursuant to RCW 53.25.040 consisting of and encompassing a portion of Port of Warden Industrial Park No. 3, legally described as follows:

Lots 6 and 7, Port of Warden Industrial Park No. 3, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 26 of Plats, pages 10-14, records of Grant County, Washington

Parcels A, B, C and D of Lots 1, 5, and 8, Port of Warden Industrial Park No. 3, Commercial Binding Site Plan, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 of Surveys, pages 59, 60, and 61, records of Grant County, Washington.

Tract A of Lot 4, Port of Warden Industrial Park No. 3, Commercial Binding Site Plan, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 of Surveys, pages 33 and 34, records of Grant County, Washington.
