Reader predicts economic crisis

Wake up America. Our present president is systematically destroying America. He has increased the national debt by nearly $5 trillion, more than all of the presidents from George Washington to Ronald Reagan combined! He has pushed the United States to the edge of the economic cliff and, if given four more years in the White House, he will push us over the cliff into fiscal oblivion. The resulting economic catastrophe will be of such a magnitude as to dwarf the agonies of the '08-'09 recession and make the pain of the Great Depression of the '30s seem like child's play.
