The Franklin County Board of Commissioners will discuss potential annexation of the Franklin County “doughnut hole” under an Interlocal Agreement proposed by Fire District #3 and the City of Pasco under RCW 35A.14.480 on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 7:00 pm, in the Historic Courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington.
