TO THE DEFENDANTS Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Wilfred J. Bell; Occupants of the

Premises; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the

real property described in the complaint:

    You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first

publication of this summons, and defend the real property foreclosure action in Grant County

Superior Court, and answer the complaint of Guild Mortgage Company, ("Plaintiff").  You are

asked to serve a copy of your answer or responsive pleading upon the undersigned attorneys for

Plaintiff at its office stated below.  In case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered

against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said

Court.

    The purpose of this lawsuit is to obtain a judgment, and if not immediately paid, to be

satisfied through the foreclosure of real property located in Grant County, Washington, and legally

described as follows:

    Parcel 1: A portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 19,     Township 22 North, Range 27 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at a     point 200 feet West and 350 feet North of the Northeast corner of Block 56 of the     Plat of Salome; running thence East 20 feet; running thence south 125 feet; running     thence West 20 feet; running thence North 125 feet to the Point of Beginning.

    Parcel 2: A portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the     Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 22 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant     County, Washington, described as follows: Commencing at a point 80 feet North     and 80 feet East of the Northeast corner of Block 56, Salome, according to the palt     thereof recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 28, records of Grant County,     Washington; thence West 480 feet; thence North 145 feet; thence East 150 feet to     the True Point of Beginning; thence North 125 feet; thence East 50 feet; thence     South 125 feet; thence West 50 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
