But for paralyzing, ideologically defined partisanship, Congress would pass a one-percent tax increase on income over a million dollars.
While not making a dent in our worried-about federal deficit, it could be seen as an inspiring sacrifice, and trickle down, as has the greed from Wall Street.
Questions: What FCC rule was repealed that caused the extreme partisanship; and whose philosophy underwrites the greed?
