NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in accordance with an order heretofore entered on the 21st day of March, 2012, by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Franklin, State of Washington, directing the sale of the real property hereinafter described, acquired by the said County of Franklin for delinquent taxes under tax foreclosure suit and sale, I the undersigned County Treasurer of said County, will on the 26th day of June, 2012, commencing at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. of said day, in the county Commissioners room, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described real property, situated in said County, and described as follows, to wit:
