Linda Hayes 3-time golf winner

CRESCENT BAR - Things are starting to liven up at Crescent Bar with Spring Festival at the end of April and the fishing derby this weekend, but the Crescent Bar Ladies Golf Club has been going since the first of April.

Linda Hayes was a big winner in the most recent competition on May 8, landing three times in the circle of honor. She was the first division gross winner with 105, the first division net winner with 70 and the first division game of the day - Ts and Fs - winner.

The second division game of the day ended in a tie between Margaret Linder and Tressa Kleyn.

The gross winner in the second division was Norma DeLeeuw with 113. Tressa Kleyn was the net winner in the same division with 73.

The first division long putt winner, at 5-feet, was Jan Harris. DeLeeuw was the second division long putt winner with 13-7.5

Margaret Linder was the closest-to-the-pin (KP) winner in the first division with 13-2. Gloria Trevethan won the second division a 21-10. Roe Olsen had a chip-in on No. 12.
