Request For Proposals

Grant County is seeking to contract with an experienced, licensed well driller/firm for the drilling of three (3) groundwater monitoring wells at the Grant County Fairgrounds for the purpose of carrying out the Groundwater and Effluent Monitoring and Reporting Plan (Plan), for the Grant County Fairgrounds located in Moses Lake, Washington.

The County will enter into a professional services agreement with an individual and/or agency to be selected as part of this RFP process.  The purpose of the agreement will be to equip the County with the monitoring wells necessary to complete the aforementioned plan.

Requests for Proposals may be obtained beginning Monday, May 21st at:

    (1)    The office of the Grant County Board of County Commissioners located at 35 C         Street NW in Ephrata, Washington; or

    (2)    From the Grant Website at www.grantcountyweb.us.

The deadline for proposals is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30th, 2012. An original proposal and three photocopies must be submitted as shown below in a sealed envelope clearly marked with project title: "Grant County Fairgrounds Monitoring Wells Proposal". Late proposals and/or proposals submitted via e-mail or facsimile will not be accepted.
