NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Connell will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in accordance with CMC 16A.08 to consider amendments to the following sections of the City’s Development Code:

CITY OF CONNELL DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Connell will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in accordance with CMC 16A.08 to consider amendments to the following sections of the City’s Development Code:

 CMC 16A.02.060        Legislative action – Definition and approval process    

 CMC 17.04.020        Amendments

An OPEN RECORD HEARING will be held before the City of Connell Planning Commission June 4, 2012, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the City of Connell City Hall, Council Meeting Room, 104 East Adams, Connell Washington. All interested persons may appear and provide testimony.

The draft Development Code amendments are available for public review at the City of Connell City Hall between business hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Written comments may be mailed or hand delivered to City of Connell, 104 E. Adams, P.O. Box 1200, Connell, WA 99326, no later than June 1, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.

The Planning Commission may make a final recommendation upon close of the Public Hearing or continue the Public Hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision regarding the draft amendments and their recommendation to the City Council.
