Moses Lake school hit by theft, vandalism

MOSES LAKE - Grant County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating vandalism and theft from a weekend crime spree at Larson Heights Elementary School, north of Moses Lake.

At about 6 a.m. on Monday, deputies were called to the school on Lindberg Lane, where school employees had discovered and reported damage to the school.

An investigation revealed several broken windows and the theft of four laptop computers. The incidents likely happened over the weekend, according to Sheriff's officials. A total loss estimate is not yet complete.
