PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit to enable construction of a 50-ft. x 60-ft. aircraft hangar on an approximately .50-acre parcel in the Rural Village Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. The subject parcel is adjacent to the taxiway of the Desert Aire Airport. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 409 Airport Way North, Desert Aire, Mattawa, WA. It is also known as Lot 150 of Desert Aire Div. 9 Phase 4, and is located in the NE quarter of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 22 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #02-1688-423). ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, June 13, 2012, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
