Texas throughout the Midwest. In 1960 they settled in Moses Lake, bringing with them their morals, values, and great aspirations which were instilled into each of their nine children. Through their children, these attributes have been brought into the lives of their own children and the community, thus furthering the legacy they began.

Ermila worked many years in the Warden and Moses Lake area, retiring from Carnation in 1977. She had a hand in raising each and every one of her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, developing a personal connection with each one.
