The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) for the following:

    Services to assist the City with the process of land applying biosolids from the Sand Dunes     and Larson Wastewater Treatment plants.  The work shall include developing a sampling     and analysis plan, completing the DOE permitting process, and assisting during the land     application process.  Service will also include analyzing options for handling future     biosolids.

SOQ’s shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work.  All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirement, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total).  Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms.  Please submit SOQ’s to Mr. Shawn O’Brien, PE, City of Moses Lake, P.O.
