An ordinance creating Chapter 16.71 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Interceptors" and deleting Chapter 16.70 entitled "Interceptors"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which creates a new chapter addressing Interceptors by updating and streamlining the chapter.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 80, 2012 will be in force five (5) days after publication.
