An ordinance amending Chapter 3.62 of the Moses Lake Municipal Coded entitled "Utility System Development Charges"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the water system development charges.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 8, 2012 will be in force five (5) days after publication.
