Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist & Grading Permit was received on 4/9/12 from The Gorge (Contact: Javier O'Brien, 754 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy, WA 98848), and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 5/7/12.

    Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist & Grading Permit was received on 4/9/12 from The Gorge (Contact: Javier O'Brien, 754 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy, WA 98848), and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 5/7/12. PROJECT:  To re-route the pedestrian trail and access road and construct a pedestrian tunnel under the access road.  This will result in the excavation of 3,361 cubic yards of material. ADDITIONAL PERMITS:  Grading Permit.  STUDIES REQUIRED:  None known at this time.  LOCATION:  The site is 754 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy, WA (The Gorge Amphitheater), located approximately 6 miles west of The City of George, in a portion of S. 31, T. 19 N, R. 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING: Recreation Development. Public Hearing: None.  CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be specific as possible and mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile.  Any person has right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request copy of final decision, and/or appeal decision as provided by law and County Code.  This may be the only opportunity to comment on above listed materials.
