Notice is hereby given that an application to amend the existing Master Planned Resort and Planned Unit Development along with a SEPA checklist was received by Grant County on April 30, 2012 from Crescent Bay Apartments, LLC, Timothy E. Cowin, Manager, 40 Lake Bellevue Dr., Suite 245, Bellevue, WA 98005 (525-373-9494), was found to be technically complete on May 3, 2012. PROJECT: An amendment to the Crescent Bay Resort Master Planned Resort and Planned Unit Development to convert an existing 14-unit motel to condominium units. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located within Crescent Bay Resort located at 23772 NW Crescent Bay Drive, Quincy, and is in a portion of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #14-1285-840). PRESENT ZONING: Master Planned Resort. PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing tentatively scheduled at 7:00 pm on June 27, 2012, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse at 35 C St NW in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
